Help i have a Intex 16 inch sand filter model 28651, what my problem is the clamp on the 6 way valve and the sand filter broke so my pump is down. Intex said it will be 4 to 6 weeks before they have it in stock does anybody out there know here i can get this part or do you have a spare you would want to sale the part # is 11380. Thank You Rodney

Did you Google "intex 11380"? It shows up on the Intex website with no mention of it being on back-order. Sure does not seem like it is easy to find Intex parts anywhere else though.
You could bypass the filter and just run the pump to ensure you have circulation and keep the chemistry balanced.
