My liner is leaking rapidly. I have decided to replace the liner but want to wait until beginning of next season. Does anyone know if leaving old liner in with little or no water until next spring will effect the pool sides or damage them? Or do I need to replace liner now?

It is a bad idea to leave the pool empty or really low over the winter. You run the risk of the sides caving in. My sister lost her pool this way a few years ago.
I have tried patching and still leaking. I will try again and refill to skimmer to keep walls from caving. Thanks
