PentAir IC40 status alert

Last week my IC40 status light started blinking so I hosed the calcium off and then acid washed until there was no more visible calcium deposits and the acid stopped bubbling. Turned the system back on and it's still blinking. The unit only has 2000 hours on it, any ideas? Should I acid wash again or call Pentair?
