I got my Dolphin Z5 and it was slightly damaged in shipping

Will this affect it? It is not bad, but I am not sure if I should get a replacement part.

I'd return it for one without damage. Not acceptable. New means new!

My wheels arrived in the same condition. After several operating sessions, they smoothed out and have never been a problem.

Mine were flattened just by the nature of the beast.......the weight, when it's out of the water, almost completely rests on those wheels and they will distort.

If you store it with the weight on the wheels, the same thing will happen.

Save your pics and send them a note and then see what it looks like after it's been run for a while.

I had a feeling it would not be a big deal. I will go ahead and send them the note in case it has issues.

We have the cart for ours. And from what I read it will prevent this from happening in the future. But I would say that won't be an issue.
