Issue w/ titanium electrode

Everything was fine until yesterday, today the water around the electrode is a dark cloudy greenish blue. I'm figuring I need to get it back to clear again.

The water is testing fine and the water going into the pool is not this color. The valve going to the electrode is also full if clear water. It is just pooling around the electrode.

Do I need to just buy a new one? Any idea what is causing this?

I have no idea what electrode you are talking about and can not picture this at all ... maybe there is a terminology mismatch.

Are you talking about the SWG? Are you saying that the water entering the SWG is clear and clear when it exits, but green while in the SWG? I don't understand.
