Aquablue chlorine percent lights not coming on

:confused:Hello, I'm new here and was hoping someone could shed some light on my SWG. I have an Aquablue aquablue.jpg and it worked flawlessly for about 7 years. Yea 7 years, the cell finally went and I was able to locate a new one, seeing how the SWG was discontinued. After attaching the new cell it was back up and running fine.

Now it does not give me the percentage lights that let you check salt levels and set how much chlorine you want generated.

What I have done so far.
I have cleaned the cell
Pool chemistry is spot on
With a multimeter the terminals are showing .6 DC Volts at the cell, I assumed it had to be DC

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
