Pump motor making clicking noise

Hi,

I just replace my pool pump motor, I got a marathon electric motor, it is wired for 220 and when I turn it on, it starts making a noise like a click that is on and off.

The diagram on the motor says that there is a voltage selector but I have not been able to find it

I can send a video if that will help.

That looks liek it's been replaced or something. I'd call who you got if from.
