I was told that these were for my blower & spa & pool light, my question is I found a ground wire unattached would it be to this or to my pool cage, I was told by PB cage, but there is a grounding lug on the unit with no wire on it. Thanks

That is a bond wire and should be attached to a lot of stuff around the pool, including all the equipment, the rebar in the shell, the deck slap, any metal like that apparent black fence (?), etc.

Odd that one end just stops there. If there is a bonding lug, then I would think you would want to attach it.

Yes everything on the slab is bonded, I will connect it to the unit, it goes into the ground...

I just noticed that my heat pump was not bonded, there is a lug for one, I attached the bond wire to it, that should be bonded correct? Thanks

I have two lights spa & pool, but I only see one bond wire on one of them, they are both turned on together, does the other one have to have one also? Thanks

Likely they are bonded at the fixture themselves. But adding more does not hurt anything.
