I happened upon this site while researching owner builder options. I am very impressed with the wealth of knowledge and sharing of information. My wife and I are looking to build an IG Gunite pool approx. 15x30 without a spa. We have met with 5 pool builders and are pretty discouraged with all but one. It seems if you have a nice house and lot the price goes up! Any guidance in the owner builder process and contractor info is greatly appreciated. I am impressed with the builds I've seen on TFP. Thanks to all!
