FC target for SWG. Should the guide be revised?

Picking up a thread from the Getting Started forum, with a specific topic that's better to discuss in Chemistry 201.

To summarize:
FC 3-5 ppm
CYA 70-80

I do see that the CYA chart on this site suggests higher for SWG.

CYA 70 Target FC 5
CYA 80 Target FC 6

FC of 3-5 may be fine for minimum, but is that really high enough for a TFP?

Should FC 3-5 on the salt water balance page be revised/raised? If no, why? If yes, why, and to what?

I really use the pool calculator for FC as a MINIMUM. I have my target as 5-6 so that I never fall below 3.
