Noisy pump with broken bonding lug

I have a 3/4 hp Hayward Max-Flo pump (SP2805X7) that I think is 9 years old. It has 2 problems.

(1) The motor bonding lug is broken off or missing so I can't attach the bonding wire.
(2) It's a bit noisy (see video)

I checked the manual and don't see any replacement part numbers for a bonding lug. I went to a hardware store and they didn't know how to find what I needed. Any ideas?

I suspect the noise may be due to bad bearings, but can someone confirm that? I considered options like replacing (1) the bearings and seal, (2) the motor or (3) the whole pump. But considering we may be moving next year and this might be our last pool season, there isn't much incentive to spend a lot of time, effort or money to fix this unless it's a safety issue. Is there any harm in continuing to use a noisy pump?

Thanks for all your help,
Brian
