I got home yesterday to my system saying SYSTEM OFF// remote wont allow filter lights.. to come on. the display panel does not have lights on it and is beeping. About 2 months ago fixed the NO CELL POWER with the solder tip online. system is 7, not sure if it is display problem, mother board problem or just time to replace HELP

You should be able to turn it back on by pressing the SERVICE button on the main unit, or the SYSTEM OFF button on one of the remotes. SYSTEM OFF is a locked off mode used for servicing or over the winter.
There might be something more complex going on, but lets try the obvious things first.
