Aqua Logic Base Receiver not responding

We are getting the error that the Base Receiver is not responding on our aqua logic remote. Called Hayward and tried a new channel and still no success. We also now unable to get spa-side remote to communicate. Hayward tech thinks it is the base antenna.

Has anyone had this issue and had to replace?

Welcome to the forum!

I assume the problem still exists if the remote is right next to the base unit, correct? If so, then the antenna unit would be the likely suspect although there is not much to go wrong with them. Have you tried to remove and re-seat the antenna connector?
