I see these are both suggested in the pool school section. Is there a benefit going with the TF 100 over the k 2006

Welcome to TFP!!!Doesn't the Pool School comparison show the advantages of the TF-100? That was the point of that article and apparently it may still not be clear.
The TF-100 provides more of the reagents that you actually need ... and thus is a better value.
