Aquapure 1400 codes and front board questions

1. How do I pull up service error codes? Says no flow but doesn't show the error number.
2. When I did the front board test the part with the htemp and front button temp and chlorine no number appeared just -- two dashes. I put in a new sensor about a year ago. I don't know how old the cell is. We moved in two years ago. Any help appreciated. Thanks

No flow error does not give error codes, just the no flow indication. First, make sure the unit is seeing the proper flow as something might be wrong with the flow. If the sensor plugs into a small adapter board, there is a small calibration button on the board that needs to be pushed in to calibrate the sensor once in a while. After the pump has been running a least 5 minutes, press and hold the button for 5 seconds and the sensor should be calibrated.
