Pin hole in liner

Has anybody ever heard of "Fix a Leak"? I don't know if I have a pin hole in my liner or not. At one point on the pool sidewall the ground is damp at 2 locations. It's a brand new pool and I don't want to change the liner, but I don't want frost heave issues in the winter either. I don't have any stones or landscaping down yet so I can see the dampness. I tripped across this:

Hi Don! Welcome to TFP!! If you know the suspected area, squirt some food coloring in there and see where it's being drawn in, where the dye gets sucked in, apply a patch :!:
