Pentair Pump Not Starting

I'm having issues with my pentair whisperflo pump, it start making a noise when it starts and now suddenly it some times starts with the timer and other days it won't start, when I go and start it manually I get the noise on the youtube video attached and it will only start after I try for a third time, I already check the impeller and is moving fine.

Could be a bad capacitor (in the hump).
