Pool Loans

Hi.....My wife and I are in the early stages of getting a pool. We have a PB picked out with all of the details. Can anyone suggest a good place to finance our dream? We are at the 80% on our primary note and most home equity lenders (plus current mortgage lender) do not want to go over that. Any ideas, suggestions, or references would greatly appreciated. I've heard of LyonFinancial and Viking Capital as swimming pool loan companies. Anyone use their services?

Never heard of the ones you mentioned. American General financed our pool. You can check Wells Fargo as well to see if they finance pools as well.
