I'm wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a very strong/sturdy reel system for a large solar cover. I have a cheaper reel system right now with a 20x40 solar blanket, but the reel is made up of 3 overlapping tube pieces (making up the 20 feet) and after a single season it is bowing/bending under the weight when rolled up. I'm worried any day now it's going to collapse in the middle when I roll it up. The tubes also are coming apart from the end handles under the stress so the end parts on castors are bending in as well. Needless to say it isn't designed well for a large cover!
Any specific products you've used for a larger pool cover would be really appreciated! Thanks
