Starting a new topic

Hi,
I just registered , and noted that I am supposed to ask my question in a new thread, but I am having trouble figuring how to start one. Can someone please help me with this?

Go to the forum you'd like to post to, should be the most relevant to your question such as the Just Getting Started or TFPC Method. Blue button that says "Post New Thread"

Click Forum in the tool bar above. Click the forum you'd like to post to, should be the most relevant to your question such as the Just Getting Started or TFPC Method. Click the blue button that says "+Post New Thread" upper left.

There is NO BUTTON POST NEW THREAD!!!

I have selected the Forum and when I press it it just shows the list of postings and the words POST NEW THREAD are nowhere to be found!!!! Obviously others are having a problem also I have been try to post for over 30 Minutes!!!!

You were able to post in the Intro subtopic. It should be the same in any other subtopic. But it does need to be in a subtopic and not the main Forum page.
The button is there for me.

See the button on the upper left? Right above the Just Getting Started? Straight under the Support TFP button?

Click Forum, then click the Forum You want to post in, like Just Getting Started and then click the +Post New Thread button.
