My water was sparkling yesterday then I added CYA in a sock hanging by the return and when I checked pool this morning the water is milky looking and cloudy, Is this Normal? If so how long do you think it will take for pool to clear up?

I don't think that would do it....but to help you better, we would need to see a full set of test results for your water. Do you have that, can you post it here? Then we can get a better idea of what's going on with your pool.

Ok I just went out and took a full set of readings on the pool, I shocked my pool wednesday evening so the fc is a little high and I got a false reading on the PH because of the high chlorine, here are the numbers.
FC - 10.5
CC - 0
PH - 8.0 Due to high chlorine?
TA - 120
CYA - 35

cc - 0
PH - 7.8
TA - 120
CYA - 35
CH - 130

If the pool is cloudy white then try bringing the PH down to 7.5 and see if that clears up the cloudiness.
If it is cloudy green then it sounds like the algae is coming back.
