Need to identify AG pool manufacturer so I can buy new top seat caps???

I have a 30' round AG pool with a Hayward SwimPro cartridge filter model #C1250. I have several of the seat caps that are brittle, cracked or totally broken and I would like to replace them. Unfortunately, I have not been able to locate the right size anywhere and I do not know what the manufacturer of my pool is either. I have looked everywhere to find any type of numbers or identifying marks and cannot locate anything. I have attached some pics of the pool and the seat caps to see if anyone can help me identify it.
