Filter is EC65, pump is a Heyward-not sure of size but runs on 220
Pump loses pressure (gauge reads 30) after about 10 minutes. When I shut it off I bump the handle and turn it back on. Again, it runs good for 10 minutes or so. I've changed the earth in it several times and it really doesn't make a difference (maybe 5 minutes more before losing pressure). It does not lose pressure if I bypass the filter when vacuuming the floor. Yesterday I noticed a very small amount of water that appears to be coming from under the pump. It's not a lot, I just know that it shouldn't be there when everything else around is dry.
Note: both filter and pump are over 15 years old. What is the expected life of these?
