Looking for skimmer sock, good deal on Amazon?

Hey all, I'm looking for a good deal on a skimmer sock. I have a hayward skimmer like shown in the picture:

Seems kind of pricey. I get 2 pr of queen-sized knee-highs at Walgreens for $1.09. Others have reported bigger quantities at lower prices at Walmart. I bought the same brand last season for $5.95 from Amazon. One sock lasted the whole season so they seem worth the money to me.

Gary, might be worth it at that price, but $7 in shipping kind of torpedoes the deal for me. Unless of course I sign up for prime, which is $99/yr... not ready to take that leap, but if/when I do, I'll definitely look at this again.

I just bought 20 Skim Mor socks on ebay for $25.00 with free shipping. I would check there as well.
