Bought some this week. It's unscented and I just assumed that "splashless" meant the design of the pour-spout. Ingredients are not listed on bottle. The bleach is thick and almost gel-like. It also foams a bit. Unfortunately it looks like this new formula is replacing all the regular bleach at this particular Walmart. Uggg!

The splashless is not the way to go. Yes it's know to foam.
I noticed recently on a trip to Walmart that they don't have the strength on most of the bottles, their "great value" or the Clorox.
