Are all pentair hoses the same?

Have a Pentair Legend (5yo) and the hose has started to kink. I understand it's time to replace the hose sections. The old hose model # is LLD50. The new hose model is ED50. Does anyone know if these are the same?

These two hose are the same. Replaced the old hose and the Legend works good as new.
