Too much salt and cloudy pool

Hi,
I am really hoping to get some help with my pool.
I own an above ground pool that is 24 round 4' deep. I converted from chlorine to salt using a SWG and added the proper amount of salt that it called for.
My pool has been cloudy and I can not figure out how to clear it up. I had all my readings at the levels that they should be but my salt keeps reading high and the pool stays cloudy.
I am using the HTH 6-way test strips and salt strips and my readings as of now are....
Salt: 7.0 3950 (this number has never changed)
TH: 200
FC: 0 (It was reading off the chart but now it is reading none)
PH: 7.2
ALK: 80-120
Acid: 50-100

At this time, I have the SWG turned off because I don't want to cause any damage to it.
I have shocked more times than I can count.
This has been going on for a month now.
Please, any help that I can get will be greatly appreciated.

What is the Combined Chlorine number?

I would recommend you to get a TFP approved test kit, either TF100 or Taylor K2006, in order to do a proper slamming you need any one of those kits, results from test strips are not reliable and it cannot do FAS-DPD Drop-Test.
