Can't see most of the pictures posted

In most cases I can't see the pictures that people post. Is there a setting I am not aware of that allows these pictures to be viewed?

what browser and version are you running?

8000 gallon 20' x 48" round vinyl frame pool, 12" sand filter (don't have the specs on the pump), TF100 test kit

Many people can't get to photobucket.com, which is the most common place to put pictures.

I had never heard that some people cannot get to photobucket. I wonder why they would have trouble? Do you know?

Some DNS anomaly that seems to keep raising its head. A lot of places also block it to cut bandwidth and you just get a red X or the Firefox missing picture icon with no explanation.
