Brand new to the board. I moved into a new home with a 20,000 gallon in ground pool. I had almost all the water drained and put in fresh city water.
I got the recommended tf100 tester last weekend. I basically had no chlorine, no cya and normal levels of pH.
I did pool math and added the recommended volume of stabilizer in socks. It's been over a week, and it's still dissolving.
My question is, can I shock now assuming the cya had reached the level pool math had calculated? Or do I have to wait longer?
Pool is a little greenish tinge now. Will post pictures soon.
Can I start the recommended shock level based off pool math now?
