Can leslies black algae killer ruin plaster?

I have a plaster pool and used leslies black algae killer and think I used too much. what to do?

2. What symptoms appear that make you think you have damaged your finish?

3. Have you confirmed it really is black algae? It usually takes a lot of neglect for a long period of time to give black algae a foothold.

How much did you use and how much according to the directions (15.6 oz ??) should you have used for a 13K pool

And I guess the next question is with your equipment and a SWG how did it get started and wouldn't SLAMing it have been a better choice ??

It contains copper, so there is a possibility of copper staining, but that is reversible. Please tell us how much you used and post your most current set of test results.
