Air pockets in corners??

Hi all,

Just about to open my green inground pool from the winter and when I was doing a walk around I noticed the corners of my pool are no longer flat but bubbled out. Its like they have air pockets stuck in them. I am not sure what to do and am afraid to fill up pool/get system back up if there is a problem
Ideas??

More likely water behind the liner. Fill it up and hopefully the water will be pushed out. How low is it drained?

Well below the jets. Maybe a half foot to a foot below
