After I added the stabilizer to my pool I read about the sock method which is genius. My question is can the CYA sitting at the bottom of my pool for the last 3 days like "burn" through the liner? Should I vacuum it up or will it eventually dissolve. This is probably a dumb question but that fact that it says acid in the name makes me nervous it will eat through my intex liner.

It won't eat through the liner but it may leave freckles. Vacuum it up and let it dissolve in the filter. Hopefully, you won't need to clean the filter before it's done.
Ideally you shouldn't, but that is the lesser of 2 evils in this case. Cheaper to replace a cartridge (although not likely) than your liner due to faded spots.
