I think I'm through SLAMing..what's next?

I think I am through SLAMing since last Wednesday. Current levels are:

FC = 1.5 ppm
CC = .5 ppm
pH = 7.2
TA = 70
CYA = 40

Will do an FC overnight loss test tonight to be sure but believe it will pass (thanks TFTestKits for the quick delivery of more reagents!). Pool is very clear all the way to deep end and can see bottom drain well.

So now what do I do? I just added liquid chlorine to bring it up to 5 ppm not to SHOCK level again. Am I now at the "comfortable" daily maintenance schedule of checking chlorine and pH every day? Just want to be sure I'm doing it right and still need hand holding at this level.

How could you be SLAMing with FC levels that low? The answer is you can't. That is below the minimum for your CYA level.

Raise the FC back to SLAM level for the OCLT. If you pass, never let the FC get that low unless you want to SLAM again.
