My AutoPilot has lost it's mind!!

I went and took at look at my AutoPilot control box today and it is way messed up.

It appears to be speaking German, the cell is set to SC = 392, and it is in "shock" mode. If I hit the boost button it says "super shock".

I tried to go into the install menu to reconfigure, but could not read anything it said.

Is there a way to reset this thing, as I don't want to learn German or whatever language it is speaking now.

Well i could translate messages to English for you if that's any help, otherwise you would have to wait for Poolsean :-D

Power surge or lightning strikes lately? For whatever reason, it seems as though it jumped to a different language.

Press MENU...it goes to TEST POOL PILOT.
Press the UP arrow button. That should take it to OWNER OPTIONS.
Press SELECT, this should take you to SELECT LANGUAGE.
Press SELECT, then arrow UP or DOWN until you see ENGLISH.
Press SELECT.
Let it default back to the normal display. It SHOULD be back to English.

OK I tried this and here is what I see.

As soon as I press MENU I see EXTERNAL TIMER on the top line of the display. Others are on the second line

Press MENU ... it went to TEST POOL PILOT
Press UP ... See Choix Fonction
Press UP ... See Eignes Menu
Press UP ... See Wartungsmenu
Press UP ... back to TEST POOL PILOT

um, where now?

I called Tech Support and they tried walking me through changing the language, but it appears to be more broken than that. They are sending a tech out to fix it. Luckily it is still under warranty.
