Replacement Weir door

So now that I've got my pool opened for the 1st time, got all chems are dialed in and replaced the pump, I'm now trying to chip away at some of the less critical maintenance items. The next thing on my list is to replace the missing weir doors for my two skimmers (both are missing). It looks like the original skimmer design had two plastic "male" nub's sticking out from the housing to hold the weir, but on both of my skimmers at least one of the nubs are broken off. Since an original replacement door won't work, I started to look into a universal Weir.

Does anyone have any experience with using replacement "universal weir doors"?
The following looks most cost effective:

I also found the "Aqua-power" replacement weir. I have a hard time eating $60 per door but was curious if anyone on here has seen this. Is it snake oil or is it effective?

I ended up buying the OEM weir door and works like a charm. Super shocked took about an hr to install b/c it was getting dark, was going by feel, and I couldn't tell until finally right before I finally placed it that there were slots on the left and right of the bracket that it is supposed to slide into. Now will know for next time.

I have a busted weir (and frankly, a busted skimmer but I am getting as many years out of this thing as I can before replacing it.) I bought a skim doctor to increase the velocity of flow into the skimmer and have been really, really happy with it. Vs. last year I am doing almost no manual skimming. Cleaning it is harder than cleaning a skimmer basket, but not by much.
