Natural Gas question

I want to istall a Raypak 336 natural gas heater. I checked the sizing and it exactly what I need for my inground pool. My problem if I do have one is that I currently have natural gas running into my garage that I use to heat it in the winter. My pump room is a room just off the garage. The line is a 63 foot underground line that is 1 inch. it then goes to a 50 foot section in the garage itself that is also 1 inch. Do I have a large enough line to handle the 336? if not what options do I have, dig it up to a larger line or can I do a two stage? Any help would be appreciated.

That does not sound big enough to me. There are calculators for pipe sizing here: http://www.engineeringtoolbox.com/natural-gas-pipe-sizing-d_826.html

I have a 3/4" pipe that feeds the house (which I think is too small, but everything seems to work) and then a 1 1/4" (or larger, not sure) pipe from the meter to just the pool heater.

Likely not big enough. I would ask to get a 2 psi system, then have a regulator on the end to bring it down to standard pressure.
