Wire terminal

My EcoTech Ez 1.5 HP motor should be here end of next week, collecting all the necessary information, does anyone know what type of wire terminal to use for this?

From youtube video I saw something like below and I don't know what type of terminals hots are connected to.

If the spade terminals are there, you see where they plug in. If the wire doesn't have them preinstalled, you loosen the screws and slip the stripped wire under the washer, in that groove they molded in, and tighten it all down. White is silver, black is gold.
