QUestion about vacuum head

The vacuum we have is rather old, and seems to have been partially melted somehow, so I'm wondering about replacing it (pool guy has one that has rollers and brushes and apparently is mostly for plaster pools vs. vinyl liners).

My question is, I have a vinyl liner...do you have to use one of the specifically defined "vinyl liner pool vac head". i.e., no rollers?

Yes, it is best to use a vacuum head designed specifically for vinyl liners.

Any particular suggestions? I've been perusing Amazon.

Like using the Polaris, but it doesn't quite get everything.
