Liner replacement, bottom repair and ground water

I am replacing the liner in my 20x40 in ground, I have about 3 feet of ground water I'm fighting, andf need to repair the bottom. What can i use to fix the bottom if i can't get Vermiculite?
Live in Minnesota, can't seem to find the pool grade Vermiculite, Any suggestions?

Or is there an alternative?

Also any recommendations on a good tutorial for adding a well point, or permanent sump to keep the Ground water at bay.
