I dont know if I should bond my pool. Well I dont even know how to bond the pool. I recently purchased the Sand Master 71225 (http://www.amazon.com/Master-71225-Ground-Swimming-Filter/dp/B007B2SY8A/ref=cm_cmu_pg__header) to replace the cartridge filter, but the directions state to ground and bond. I have a summer escapes pool 14x42 (http://www.toysrus.com/buy/pools/14-foot-x-42-inch-metal-frame-canopy-pool-p20-1442-d-1-11195811) Except without the canopy. I do believe your pool is classified as a temporary or portable pool, and therefore do not require bonding... 
I was about to add that in. So we should be safe without having to bond? Should I make a "tent" like structure over the filter to avoid any splashing water from hitting it? Sorry, if I sound a bit paranoid, but it did freak me out a bit when I read about it.
The NEC does not recognize temporary pools as needing to be bonded. This does not mean that the issues associated with needing to bond pools won't be present in a temp pool. I suspect that when they looked at the temp pool issue they decided that it would be impractical to properly bond something that could potentially be moved several times. If you feel that you should bond it, there are methods out there that would work fine with a temp pool.
