Aquarite Not generating-- power light on

Hello,
My Aquarite is not generating chlorine. Initially I thought it might be due to broke flow switch wire & I replaced it but still no luck. Spoke to hayward today and they informed I need to replace the board.

Please let me know if I can replace any part in the board or I need to buy new PCB board. I called the local pool store and they told I have to pay 900$ to install new one.

Only power light is on & it is green. No other lights are on.

I have a hayward aquarite goldline pro 15000 gal. Mine is telling me low salt, but the salt is testing at 3500. The control panel says 1200. I have reset all settings, checked the cell, even turned the cell. Is this some thing that board or the cell would reading wrong?
