SWG Help Please

I have a Aqua Rite and it keeps switching on and off it is not throwing the breaker. when it is on and I push the diagnostic button to get the readings the numbers start changing really fast. The power light and Generating light are staying on constantly while the system is on. Not sure if I have a short somewhere or what. Please help

Have you tried turning the power off and then back on again to see if that make any difference?

Yes, I have, you can hear it switching on and off
