What type of liner is this?

If I order a J-hook will that work on this?

J Hook liners come with a bead. You have to cut the j hook off and then you can slip the liner into the beaded track.

Sounds a little scary but okay. The actual dimensions are 18'-5" x 32'-9.5". Would a stock 18x33 fit?
