Need Suggestions or Ideas for broken intex pins, please help!!!

After getting our pool leveled and set up after 3 years of storing it, the pins that are used to connect and hold the T-legs are old and breaking.
Intex website says "out of stock" , Amazon has them, but $18 for 6. We should replace all 38 of them. Any ideas where to buy them or suggestions for a diy?
Don't know what to do at this point.

Hi Mommark, I replace mine's with a 2 1/2 galvanized zinc nail and works fine for me.

I'd take a pin to the local mom-n-pop hardware store and ask the old codger what he has that will work. I suspect you'll end up with some stainless steel cotter pins for 50¢ apiece.

Thank you, I ended up ordering the replacement pins from Intex, their delivery time is quite slow. Won't be here until next Friday.
