New post on thread not notifying me

When someone posts on my thread the forum is not emailing me and letting me know. I have the thread setting on "Instantly Using Email". This has never worked as far as I can remember. What am I missing?

Me too - I don't seem to be getting email notifications - my email account is gmail. I have looked in my junk, etc folder and nothing seems to be coming there either.
