Is it time to maintain a full shock level or just one dose?

All test levels have been right on and maintained above the minimum level since opening a month ago.
I maintain Fc loss at 1 overnight
FC 6
CYA 50
CC 0-.5
PH 7.6
TA 100

Water is clear. But i notice my skimmer sock on clean out is turning green!! No problem noticed in any other area.
Is it an indication a problem is about to start? Would a 1 time dose of shock level be enough to stop any potential problem from starting or would a full slam be recommended? I can't imagine what else would cause the green skimmer sock.

Some kinds of pollen will color a skimmer sock quite green. Given the season, I wouldn't worry about it until/unless you see FC start to come down unexpectedly.

Thanks, did another OCLT last night and no chlorine loss, so must be the pollen. Any sign of green makes me jump up and take notice
