I have the Aquapure 1400 and the front board went out. I cannot seem to find it anywhere but, ebay where they are charging close to 500 for a used front board. So, based on my research, I have found a new Apure M for close to 500 which is a new unit with a warranty.
My preference is to replace the front board but that does not seem to be a viable option as I am buying a used part and who knows how long before that goes out. I would like to do a simple replacement without having to change out too much and figured that the Apure M would be the easiest option. I assume that I just need to take the power leading into the Aquapure 1400 and wire that into the Apure M. Am I missing something or would there be an easier option? Or, should I just change out the entire unit?
