I have a 23,000 gallon above ground pool with a vinyl liner, 1.5 HP pump with sand filter. Our water is very green and our liner feels like sandpaper. We are in the process of draining now. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

Leave at least a foot of water in the shallow end or the liner may shift or wrinkle. And if the pool is empty, a good wind could push a wall in.
