We were just getting ready to open our pool today and noticed that one of the support posts is slightly kinked and the outside, metal wall is a small 'wrinkle'.
I called the pool people who set up our pool 3 years ago, but the service department is not open until Tuesday.
How serious is this? Can they just replace the post? How could this happen?
