Trying to balance with no cya

Did full test this morning and here are the results.
FC 10.5
PH 8.2
TA 140
CYA 0
SWG 3000

I know I am starting the shock process. Water is clear but I don't think FC is holding yet. I added stabilizer in a sock/skimmer last night. I know it won't show up for a week or so. If I'm researching correct I need to first lower ph and that will lower TA. Just unsure of what to do next. Because of cya level I'm not sure what shock level is. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

For today, shock level is 10. Starting 24 hours after you added CYA, assume that CYA is at the level you were aiming for and look up the appropriate shock level.

The next time FC is below 10, which should be very soon, adjust the PH down to between 7.2 and 7.5. That will also lower TA a little, which is all you can do for TA right now.
